As an Ambassador of Yoga Gives Back, this is a campaign very dear to Siva’s heart. Yoga Gives Back is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds in order to alleviate poverty in India. We started in Los Angeles in 2007, determined to find a way for the global yoga community to help the poorest people in the country that gave birth to YOGA. Many charitable organizations have emerged from within the yoga community, but Yoga Gives Back is a very unique campaign which shows our gratitude by supporting impoverished mothers and children in India. For the cost of a latte a month, you can empower a young girl and give her the chance to become a beautiful, amazing, feminine strength in this world. After all, it takes a village to raise a child.
This is wisdom every woman should have, and a practice that has changed my lifestyle significantly. Only 13 women. We’ll customized the workshop to your needs and questions and stories. I’ll cover tools and practices from Ayurveda, in my signature psychospiritual-meets-physical style.
Siva and Felicia Tomasko offer this deeper journey into Ayurveda and practical applications for self-care. We’ll focus on the continual case study of you, in an intimate supported setting. This course is approved for hours and credit towards IAYT, Yoga Therapy RX, and the Yoga Studies program at LMU, and Yoga Alliance hours. One weekend a month. Sat & Sun 1-6pm. $975
Registration is through LMU directly – it’s closed for 2018, and will open in November 2018 for 2019 session.
Ayurveda Basics & Psychospiritual Basics. From Rancho: “We provide space—that which is most lacking in today’s life. Space to breathe freely amidst nature. To relax. To renew, reflect and redirect one’s longer-living life. To explore the possibilities of changing course in one’s life. To that end we often refer to our program as “The Door to the Future…Glorious Wellness” which refers to your future, one strengthened and emboldened by good health and fearless life-long learning, which unleashes the willingness to change…for the better.” Complimentary roundtrip transport from San Diego provided.
