In the video, I talk about how you can use organic oils from the grocery store. However, my favorite oil pulling oil is Banyan’s Daily Swish! I love it because it’s both vata a pitta reducing, and gives the added benefits of the herbs that are cooked into the base oils. The herbs are all anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, and rejuvenating. And, it’s got some lovely essential oils so that it actually leaves your mouth feeling minty fresh, but not in a chemical kind of way. Learn more, and try it out!
